Shipping Policy
Domestic U.S. Shipping
We strive to deliver your order on the same day, as we know your child is looking forward to it! However, depending on when your purchase was placed and how busy we are, we might take 7 to 14 business days to ship it. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries usually arrive within 5 business days. Orders placed during sales or high volume periods such as holidays may be delayed; if you need it faster, please call us or email, and we will discuss expedited options.
*For priority service, additional charges may apply. Please specify in the "Order Note" the date you would like to receive your order. Orders placed by 2 pm PST will ship the same day.
A customer service representative from Baby Blings may contact you if we receive your order (before we ship it) to notify you if there are any extra shipping costs.
Based on your order's size, weight, and contents, we may use UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail to ship it. We strive for the quickest delivery and dependable service for each shipment.
Order Status
You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is delivered. The tracking number for purchases within the United States will give an estimated delivery date. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any issues or concerns about the products you received, please get in touch with us within a week of receiving the shipment. Also, please make sure to ship orders to a secure location, as we won't process refunds or reshipments if the tracking information shows that it was delivered successfully.
