However, depending on when your purchase was placed and how busy we are, we might take 7 to 14 business days to ship it. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries usually arrive within 5 business days. Orders placed during sales or high volume periods such as holidays may be delayed; if you need it faster, please call us or email, and we will discuss expedited options.

You will get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is delivered. The tracking number for purchases within the United States will give an estimated delivery date. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you have any issues or concerns about the products you received, please get in touch with us within a week of receiving the shipment. Also, please make sure to ship orders to a secure location, as we won't process refunds or reshipments if the tracking information shows that it was delivered successfully.
