Baby Blings only accepts returns on items in perfect condition, as demonstrated by the condition we will assess. We do not accept returns on products that do not meet our criteria. Please submit a change request to customer service at service@babyblings.com if you wish to return any items. After we receive your package, most returns are completed within 10 business days. When we receive the returned package, we will refund you as soon as possible. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.
We may not accept returns or exchanges on the swimsuit. (Swimsuit can only be returned/exchanged if faulty/damaged or incorrect.). To help us serve you faster and better, please include a picture of the problem or defect when submitting your return or exchange request. Please send the product and the product list, which includes the product ID, after you’ve received confirmation from our customer service. After we receive your returning package, we’ll handle either a product exchange or a refund based on the status of your return.
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you have a damaged product so that we can assist you.
Once your return is received and evaluated, we will refund you as soon as possible and credit your credit card or original payment method within 1-10 business days. Check your bank account again if you haven’t yet received a refund. Then call your credit card company to see if your refund has been processed. Then contact your financial institution. Before a refund is made, there is usually some processing time.
If you’re certain to get a refund, please contact our customer service with your return address, and we’ll provide it. Please contact us if you’ve completed all of this and still have not received your money back. You will need to pay for the return shipping costs.
