How long will the delivery take?

Standard Shipping Service:

Please allow 7 to 14 business days for delivery.

Expedited Shipping Service:

5 business days for order delivery. All shipments come with detailed tracking information and may be tracked using “My Orders” in your account, or you can check your shipment notification email.

How much for shipping fee?

The shipping fee for your order will be calculated according to the products you ordered and their destination. To see the shipping fee, please add items to your shopping cart and proceed to payment.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Our system first receives your order and then goes through a verification process. Once your order has been verified, it will be sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order ships, including tracking information.

You can track your order any time using "My Orders" in your account or by checking your shipment notification email. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, all orders will come with an invoice. If you need a copy of your invoice for your records, you can find it in "My Orders" in your account, or you can check your shipment notification email.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

We cannot cancel, update, or change an order after it has been completed and confirmed. Please view our Return & Exchange policy for more information if you need to make any changes.

What mail services/providers do you use?

We utilize UPS and USPS (at our discretion) for domestic shipments. We aim to provide the quickest delivery and highest level of service for each item.

Is my information secure?

To prevent any loss, misuse, or alteration of the data you provide us, we use state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Protocol encryption technologies. However, some browsers and firewalls do not allow communication through secure servers.

Can I split my purchase between several credit cards?

Unfortunately, we can only process one credit card per order at this time.

I just submitted my order; how long will it take to reach me?

We aim to deliver your purchase on the same day, if possible, because we know how eagerly your youngster is anticipating it! However, depending on when you placed your order and how busy we are, it may take 3-5 business days for us to fulfill it. Although delivery time varies depending on the product and destination, most items arrive in 5 business days after they have been sent.
